Shift Timings  :

Shifts - Be open for shifts as client might go for 24/7

8.00 to 5.00 PM EST - 1 resource

8.00 to 5.00 PM CST - 1 resource

Expected to work after hours is in few situations

Essential Job Functions:

·         Answer questions and resolve computer problems in a timely and effective manner.

·         Handle online help desk tickets utilizing over-the-phone guidance or remote accessing computer.

·         Answer calls from service desk phone queue environment.

·         Excellent customer service and clear written and verbal communication required.

·         Observe system functioning to verify correct operations and detect errors.

·         Maintain records of transactions, problems, and actions taken.

·         Escalate issues as necessary.


·         Maintain knowledge of updates and improvements of applications, operating systems and desktop hardware.

·         Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned by management.

JOB Experience:

  • Ability to communicate in English with individuals at all levels in the Company in an articulate, professional manner.  Excellent English oral and written communication skills required.

  • 4 to 6 years of related experience required.

  • Relevant IT certifications preferred.

  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft O365.

  • Expert knowledge of Windows and MAC operating systems required.

  • Expert knowledge of Active Directory.

  • Expert knowledge of Virtual Desktop troubleshooting.

  • Expert knowledge of VPN.

  • Excellent customer service skills.

  • Technical and analytical proficiency. 

  • Ability to work well with remote users and team members.

  • Strong working knowledge of the desktop computer.

  • Ability to troubleshoot software and hardware issues and find solutions.

  • Ability to multi-task and maintain high level of customer service.

  • Ability to be reliable and work independently with little supervision.

  • Ability to multitask effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
